All products sold on Shop and Shops are 100 percent genuine and sourced directly from manufacturers and authorised distribution channels. Every item is factory sealed with original packaging and verifiable batch codes.

4. Pricing and Payment
• Prices are in UAE Dirhams AED and include applicable taxes unless stated
• Prices may change without notice but confirmed orders are not affected
• We accept major cards and available checkout payment methods
• Payments are processed securely and full card details are not stored
• Orders may be cancelled in case of pricing errors with full refund
5. Orders and Confirmation
• Items in cart are not reserved
• Orders are confirmed only after confirmation email
• We may cancel orders due to fraud, errors, or stock issues
• Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days
• Customers must provide accurate delivery details
6. Shipping and Delivery

7. Returns and Exchanges
• Returns accepted only for unopened and unused products within 7 days
• Opened perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
• Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for replacement or refund
