Refund policy
At Shop and Shops, your satisfaction is our priority. We want every order to reach you in perfect condition and exactly as described. If something is not right, we will make it right quickly and without unnecessary hassle.
When You Can Return or Exchange
You are eligible for a full return or exchange if:
• Your order arrived damaged or leaking
• You received the wrong product
• The product is not as described on our website
• The item arrived with a broken seal that you did not open
When We Cannot Accept a Return
• The perfume bottle has been opened or used
• The request is made more than 7 days after delivery
• The original packaging, box, or seal has been removed or damaged by the customer
• The item was purchased during a final sale or clearance event
This policy exists because perfume is a personal hygiene product. Once opened, it cannot be resold to another customer.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Step 1 Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Step 2 Email us at returns@shopandshops.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for your return
Step 3 Send a photo of the item showing the issue
Step 4 Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
Step 5 If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
If you paid by cash on delivery, your refund will be issued via bank transfer. Please provide your account details when contacting us.
Exchanges
Prefer an exchange instead of a refund. No problem. If the product you want is in stock, we will ship your replacement once the original item is returned and inspected. Delivery for approved exchanges is on us.
Items We Cannot Return Under Any Circumstances
• Opened or used perfume bottles
• Gift sets that have been partially used
• Items without original packaging
• Items returned without prior approval from our team
