At Shop and Shops, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, and deliver your order across the UAE.

Where We Deliver
We deliver to all seven emirates across the United Arab Emirates:
• Dubai
• Abu Dhabi
• Sharjah
• Ajman
• Ras Al Khaimah
• Fujairah
• Umm Al Quwain
We currently deliver within the UAE only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation
• Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed the next business day
• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed
• After dispatch, you will receive shipping confirmation with tracking details

Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery
• Dubai and Sharjah 2 to 3 business days
• Abu Dhabi and Ajman 2 to 3 business days
• Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain 2 to 3 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or peak demand periods.
Shipping Charges
• Free shipping on orders above AED 200
• Standard shipping fee of AED 10 applies to orders below AED 50
• Final shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment
How We Pack Your Order
Every order is packed carefully to ensure safe delivery:
• Bottles are securely wrapped to prevent damage
• Sturdy outer packaging is used
• All orders are packed in a gift ready manner
• No pricing invoices are included inside parcels
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. This allows you to track your delivery in real time.

Failed Deliveries
Delivery may fail if:
• Incorrect or incomplete address is provided
• No one is available to receive the order
• Access to location is restricted
If delivery fails, the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you. If the order is returned due to incorrect details or repeated failed attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or leaking:
• Take clear photos of the product and packaging immediately
• Contact us within 24 hours
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
We take full responsibility for transit damage.
Special Occasions and Gifting
Sending a fragrance as a gift. We can assist:
• Delivery directly to recipient
• No pricing included in parcel
• Option to add a personalised message via WhatsApp
